SOPs and training videos for Molecular Diagnostic Assays

During a workshop in Cameroon, highly sensitive and specific LAMP assays were conducted to diagnose filarial diseases, including onchocerciasis, loiasis, and mansonellosis. Additionally, a LAMP assay was established to detect trichuriasis. As part of this effort, a video tutorial was created to support the implementation of these assays at various trial sites in Gabon, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and Tanzania. The video and the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the different LAMP assays are now available.
